Security Bank is seeking a Vice President Commercial Banker position in Tea, South Dakota. The Vice President Commercial Banker will report directly to the Bank President. This position requires someone who can easily build relationships, has a strong business lending knowledge and can market and grow a new territory for Security Bank.

The Vice President Commercial Banker is expected to manage large and complex commercial loan clients, as well as have a robust understanding of the commercial market and lending regulations. The successful candidate should reside in or near Tea, South Dakota.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the bank’s strong relationship banking culture through ongoing client contact, quality service and product knowledge.
  • Originate, process, and service loans in accordance with the loan policy, guidelines, and complying with all State and Federal regulations.
  • Analyze client’s financial status, conduct site visits and collateral evaluations to make lending decisions.

Security Bank is seeking to fill Vice President Branch Manager in Jackson, Minnesota. The Vice President Branch Manager will report directly to the Bank President. This position requires someone who can achieve the bank’s goals, mission, vision, and build strong relationships in the community. This position will be responsible for handling the day-to-day management of the bank and staff.

The Vice President Branch Manager ensures that the bank has quantifiable objectives which support the overall goals, vision, and mission. This individual will oversee agricultural and commercial relationships while also managing business development and market growth. A successful candidate will serve as a leader, strategize and build the bank’s market share in Jackson County. Vice President Branch Manager will serve as part of the Leadership Team. The successful candidate should reside in or near Jackson, Minnesota.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that the branch achieves budgeted performance for earnings, asset quality, and growth in deposits, and non-interest income.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to generate branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, website imagery, social media content, email, direct mail, posters, signage and advertising.
  • Conceptualize, develop and implement high-impact design and content solutions for a variety of marketing communication channels that align with and support marketing strategies from concept to completion.
